Quality Check Preparation
Ensure the saree or apparel is folded neatly in its original packaging with all authentic tags, blouse pieces, and accessories intact.
Schedule Pickup
Once your request is approved, our logistics partner will visit your address within 48 hours to collect the return parcel.
Refund or Exchange Processing
After a successful quality inspection at our warehouse, your refund will be credited to your original payment method or the exchange item will be dispatched.
